With the audiences created, it allows you to reach out to customers who are most likely to be interested in the marketing campaign you are pushing out. For example, you want to launch a campaign that reduces the % of abandoned checkouts by offering a promotional code to be used at checkout. You can now simply create an audience with the preloaded attribute of “Has Abandoned Checkout”. 

 

Having an audience helps your business to better identify the targeted reach you want to have and produce content that will draw them to your brand and convert them.


The exported data can also be used to feed needed information to a third party marketing platform that can send emails, notifications or for any campaign necessary for promotion.
