• When logged in to the back office, click "Bookings"
  • From the ‘All’ tab you may choose to select all items listed or manually select multiple bookings.
  • Press the ‘Actions’ dropdown box for the options to display.
  • Select Confirm or Decline from the ‘Actions’ dropdown.
  • Any option selected will prompt a window for the ‘Confirm’ button to be pressed and the page will update the status accordingly.
  • The guest will receive an email notification if the booking has been ‘Confirmed’ or ‘Decline’.
