• When logged in to the back office, click "Customers", click “Setting
   



  • Select “Tiers”, click “+Add Tier


 


  • Enter a tier name in “Name” and click “Save”. For example “Candidate” tier.


  • Once the tier has been added, it will be available on the dropdown list “Tier
  • Next, select “Groups” and click on “+Group"


  • On the “Setting” tab for the Group, only fill in the “Name” of the group and select the “Default Tier” from the dropdown list and click “Save
  • Click on the “Edit” icon, select the “Issue Code” tab, enter how many numbers of code is required for the specific tier. 
  • Next create a referral code name for the “Campaign Code”. It is best to keep it simple.
  • Expires at -  is an optional, if the condition has an expiration date.
  • One Use Only - is an optional, only tick the box if the condition is for one time use only. If it is untick that means the referral code is “multi use”.
  • Click “Generate” to generate the code.

For example: If the condition is to generate 1 referral code for the Candidate tier that has no expiration date and can be used multiple times.



  • The referral code will be available on the “Access Codes” tab

Note:

  • Tier dropdown- is to view the specific tier if there is too many referral codes
  • Export to CSV - an option to export the access code into a CSV file for data analysis purposes.
  • Code - is the referral code that is generated by the system
  • Date Generated - why the access code has created
  • Registered - the date the referral code has been used
  • # - number of user registered using the referral code
  • Expiration date - if it is empty = no expiration date
  • Campaign code - Referral code name
  • Unique Code - Yes (one time use only) / No ( Multi use) 
  • Active-  Yes ( the code is still active) / No ( the code is deactivated)
  • Revoke - to deactivate the referral code
