Steps on dispatching an order will depend If you have Lalamove integrated into the back office. Follow the below steps if your Lalamove account is set up in the back office otherwise skip steps 1-3.


1. Press Request Delivery on the order details page, please take note that these options will only be available if the status of the order is in Preparing.



2. You will be routed to a page to request service from Lalamove and you will need to verify the information and fill in the below details.


- Quantity and Package type

- Transport type

- Pickup date and time


3. Once finalised. you may press Request and this will be submitted to Lalamove and the status should be updated in the Activity tab from the order details page.



4. From the order details page again, press Dispatched.


5. A pop-up window will appear to enter the Shipper and tracking number.


If you don’t use Lalamove or your shipper is not on the list, you may leave them blank and proceed to press Dispatched. A notification will be sent to the customer via the app.
