- When logged in to the back office, click ‘Booking’
- Click on the ‘Pending’ tab to search for the booking that needs to be declined.
- Click the ‘View Icon’ from the left side of the chosen booking number.
- Click on the ‘Actions’ dropdown box at the upper left of the booking details page.
- Click on ‘Decline’ from the dropdown choices.
- Lastly, click on the ‘Confirm’ button to finalise and the booking details page will update with the declined status.
