Set-up temporary schedule for Delivery and Pick-up (Christmas, New Year)

For Delivery

1. Go to Fulfilment Schedules under Order settings and press +Schedule.

2. Select Delivery Special

3. Add a Name to the template for example Holidays Delivery and press Save.

4. You may then edit the hours for the saved Special Delivery template.

5. Press Add new special hours.

6. You may then set a specific date or range of dates if you will be closed for delivery by toggling the button on the left to Closed and adding the dates then save.

7. If you choose your delivery to be open it will then ask for delivery slots

Select the time slots you wish to be available as options in the app, set the maximum orders, cut-off day and time. Make sure to set it as enabled and save.

8. If multiple dates are needed to be set you may press Add new special hours again and then configure.

For Pickup

1. Press +Schedule and select Pickup Special.

2. Add a Name to the template for example Holidays Pickup and press Save.

3. You may then edit the hours for the saved Special Pickup template.

4. Press Add new special hours.

5. You may then set a specific date or range of dates if you will be closed for pick by toggling the button on the left to Closed and adding the dates then save.

6. If you choose your delivery to be open, it will then ask for pick up slots

Select the time slots you wish to be available as options in the app, set the maximum orders, cut-off day and time.

7. Add the specific time slots by pressing the clock icon.

8. Slots within the time range will then be available to choose in 15 minute intervals.

You may select Half if you choose every 30 minute interval or Full for hourly intervals and press save.

9. Once the slots are appearing you may then press enabled and save.

If you need to add more slot ranges, you can press Add new special hours.
