In order for the integration to happen, the system will need these 2 conditions fulfilled:

  1. Shopify collection name matches your Kaddra category name

  2. Categories in Kaddra are published

To ensure your Shopify collection name matches your Kaddra category name, simply follow these steps:

How to check your Shopify collection name

➡️ Go to your Shopify back-office > Products > Collections > The names under the column 'Title' are your collection names

How to check your Kaddra category name

➡️ Go to your Kaddra back-office > Products > Categories > The names under the column 'Name' are your category names

If your Shopify collection name does not match your Kaddra category name, the integration will not proceed. You will then need to decide which naming convention you'd like to retain. Once confirmed, you can proceed to adjust the names in Shopify/Kaddra respectively.

How to edit your Shopify collection name

➡️ Go to your Shopify back-office > Products > Collections > Click the name of the collection you'd like to edit

➡️ Edit the name of the collection in the 'Title' field > Click on 'Save' on the top-right.

How to edit your Kaddra category name

➡️ Go to your Kaddra back-office > Products > Categories > Click the pencil icon beside the category you'd like to edit

➡️ Edit the name of the category in the 'Title' field

➡️ Scroll all the way down and press 'Save'.
