Once you have created your Shopify keys, you can proceed to set up the permissions for your Shopify x Kaddra integration!

1. Sync Rules - Inbound

Category: When this is switched on, all collections in Shopify will be automatically created in your Kaddra back-office

Product: When this is switched on, all purchase products in Shopify will be automatically created in your Kaddra back-office

You are also able to set how often the auto-sync should happen, and track when the last sync was done and when the next sync will happen. We recommend setting this on daily or on every 24 hours if you have a lot of products in Shopify

2. Product Subscriptions (You may only choose one)


Inbound (Shopify is the source of truth)

Product Created: When this is switched on and manually update your products by switching the product status in Shopify from Active > Draft > Active, it will then create the product in your Kaddra back-office if none was created

Product Updated: When this is switched on and you manually update your products by switching the product status in Shopify from Active > Draft > Active, it will then update the product in your Kaddra back-office
Product Archived: When this is switched on and you manually update your products by switching the product status in Shopify from Active or Draft > Archived, it will then update the product in your Kaddra back-office to Archived

Outbound (Kaddra is the source of truth)

Product Created: New Products created in Kaddra are pushed to Shopify to be created.

Product Updated: Products updated in Kaddra will trigger the products in Shopify to be updated
Product Archived: Products archived in Kaddra will also be archived in Shopify

4. Order Subscriptions (You may choose one or both)

Inbound

Order Updated: orders in Shopify that are updated will send the update to Kaddra

Order Created: Orders created in Shopify will be created in Kaddra back office.

Order Cancelled: Orders canceled in Shopify will update the order in Kaddra

Order Paid: When an order has been marked as paid in Shopify this updates the order in Kaddra.

Order Fulfilled: Fulfilment updates in Shopify will be sent to Kaddra to update the status of the order.

Outbound

Order Updated: order updates such as delivery address change are sent to Shopify to update the order

Order Created: When this is switched on, all new orders will automatically be synchronised to your Shopify

Order Cancelled: Orders canceled in Kaddra will update the order in Shopify

Order Paid: When an order has been marked as paid in Kaddra this updates the order in Shopify.

Order Fulfilled: Fulfilment updates in Kaddra will be sent to Shopify to update the status of the order.

Order Refunded: When an order is refunded in Kaddra, this will be sent to Shopify to update the order.

4. Real Time

Inventory Level Check: When this is switched on, the inventory set in Kaddra is ignored and we check the inventory from your Shopify system in real-time based on the inventory ID from Shopify.

5. Category Subscriptions - Inbound

Category Created: When turned on any collection created in Shopify will also be created in Kaddra as a category

Category Updated: When turned on any collection update in Shopify will also be reflect in Kaddra

Category Archived: When turned on any collection archived in Shopify will be unpublished in Kaddra
