A new tier can be created under your customers tab (Only for PRO customers)

Step 1:

☑️ Go to Customers

☑️ Go to Tiers

☑️ Click on + Add Tier

☑️ Name the tier (This name will appear on the customer's profile if enabled for the loyalty)

☑️ Click Save

Note - the new tier will appear in the loyalty settings for you to define the rules

Loyalty view - New tier Expert is now appearing - I can add the #points to be earned to reach this tier.

Step 2:

☑️ Go to Segments

☑️ Click on All - edit

☑️ Add the new created Tier on the Tiers selection

☑️ Click Save
