How to change the tier of the customer manually?
➡️ Go to the Customers tab in your back-office
➡️ Look for the concerned customer in the Search Bar
➡️ Click on the customer
➡️ Click on Actions, and select Change Tier/Group
➡️ Tier, scroll down and select the new selected Tier for the customer.
The customer will be automatically changed to this new tier with all the changes coming along if any (Loyalty benefit, new pricing, offer availability on the app)
