Packages enable the app to charge for services that customers can book in the app.

This feature requires customers to pay before booking the service.

➡️ Inform the Customer Success team via your back office chat to enable the feature in the back office.

➡️ Once enabled you may select Booking Packages as a product type when adding the product.

➡️ You may then add the content and image the same as how you add a basic product with variant, stock and pricing.

➡️ The extra tab that you will need to fill is Package options which is specific to this product type.

  • # Booking credits * - The total number of booking credits that can be used with this package.

  • # Credits per pax * - The booking credits to use per pax. e.g. If set as 2 and the booking is for 2 pax, then this would use 4 booking credits.

  • Expiry Rule * - rule on when the package will expire upon the date of purchase.

  • Product Type - name of booking product type to include in the package.

  • Product - specific product names that will be part of the packageThe extra tab that you will need to fill is Package options which is specific to this product type.

    ➡️ Once finalised you may press save and add the necessary publishing rules to publish.

➡️ An additional configuration on the booking settings of the product included in the package is you can set if a package is required to be purchased first for the booking to proceed.
