When logged in to the back office, click "Bookings"
You will notice a list of bookings will be available on the ‘All’ tab which is based on the time the booking has been submitted.
Click the 'eye' icon (Booking details) of the booking you want to create an alternative booking.
Note: The alternative booking option will be available only when a booking request has not gone past the booking date. If it passes then this option won’t be available.
Click the 'Alternative Booking' tab to open a page for editing the existing booking.
In this example, we want to propose an alternative time and place for the customer. Therefore, fill in the new booking form with the correct date, time, and in this case, the partner.
Click 'Create' to save the alternative booking.
